Little Boxes is a playful, tangible-meets-digital, music box prototype created for the iPad.
Each of these music boxes is comprised of a crank that turns spring-loaded rubber tips underneath. These conductive rubber tips are recognized by the iPad, and the app responds with visuals and music unique to each music box—adding a dimension that doesn't exist with a traditional music box.
Little Boxes is another fun exploration of what's possible with multitouch panels. As it's created in AIR, we're hoping to see an Android version of this as well... Looks like a lot of fun to play with!
