Michael Wesch, Assistant Professor of Cultural Anthropology at Kansas State University, describes the concept of Web 2.0 in under 5 minutes: Web 2.0... The Machine is Us/ing Us. Beyond breezing through the "history" and the current state of 2.0, this video deftly inspires larger concepts and questions (...but nothing new here, though).
Since I understand this space somewhat, I'm able to follow along at the brisk pace of the video. But I doubt this is an easy-1-2-3 "What is Web 2.0" walkthrough--not suitable for Joe and Jane Public.
